We have extensive experience as design team leaders and frequently act as project manager, dealing with all aspects of a contract. We ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. We are expert in developing retail sites, particularly transit locations. We work on behalf of our clients with Network Rail, Airport Authorities and London Underground. Our ongoing projects also include retail space in hospitals, motorway service stations and shopping centres. We have developed a belief in adaptation, cooperation and perfection through this variety of work. We are also able to work with a wide range of clients, retail or otherwise, through our recently relaunced Proteus Unit.
We design the Proteus Glazed Unit to maximise the potential of previously unused open spaces within shopping centres, airports, railway stations, sports venues, exhibition halls or similar environments. We provide a unit that is totally flexible in terms of size (from 150 sq ft upwards), shape and cost and can be used either on a temporary or permanent basis, both internally and externally. We incorporate air conditioning where a suitable condensate drainage facility is available, and we design the unit to cause minimal damage to existing floor surfaces. We have designed the Proteus unit to be fully demountable, capable of erection or dismantling within a relatively short time frame, which is of particular interest for seasonal trading and pilot ventures.
