Martin Belt architects are a small, design focused architectural practice, based in Bridlington, specialising in domestic alterations, extensions, conversions, commercial and large scale housing developments. We take a project from inception through to completion and ensure continuity of a brief and design throughout. We work with people who want to achieve the best value of their building whether by new development, relocation or refurbishment. Martin Belt is registered with the architects registration board (ARB), and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover.
We are always interested in the opportunity to work in new areas and would welcome the opportunity to discuss new schemes in any location. We will deal with the process of obtaining planning permission and ensure the project complies with building regulations.

I have enjoyed 25 years in architectural profession.
Following completion of my studies at Hull school of Architecture in 2000, I have been fortunate to gain experience across a number of sectors since graduating.
For the past decade the practice has primary focused on the Residential and commercial sectors, I have developed a firm grasp of the various standards associated with the Residential Sector, from the latest Technical Standards to Housing for Varying Needs; and have a keen understanding of materials, construction detailing and CAD techniques.
