We conduct thorough discussions through direct or video meetings to tailor architectural designs that reflect the clients ideas. Utilising both Computer Aided Design and 3D modelling, we ensure the final design meets the clients envisioned outcome. 
Our experienced team at MB Architecture assists clients with all aspects of building regulations during the construction journey. Services include Computer Aided Design, preparation and approval of building regulation documents, comprehensive contractor tendering and vetting, and effective management of contractor appointments. 
Our service involves selecting the most suitable contractors and suppliers by carefully assessing tenders and ensuring contracts are awarded to those best equipped to fulfil the project requirements. We develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, working alongside you to compile a shortlist for tender invitation. 
During the construction phase, we oversee the site activities closely to guarantee adherence to the specification and to oversee any alterations. We remain engaged at every stage, supporting you until the project is fully completed.

We recently instructed MB Architecture to design and oversee the build of a substantial home and home office project. Jack and the team displayed a meticulous attention to detail, produced a stunningly creative design and managed the planning process well. The project was completed on time and within budget despite our wanting to change a few details even whilst underway! Well, what can I say? Weve just had a BIG extension added to our house. We used the architectural firm, MB Architecture, to draw up the designs and oversee everything.
Firstly, we were delighted with Matts ideas, his concepts and design. I love the skylight over our new open-plan kitchen and dining area and the big doors opening to the garden. The whole house is now light, bright and airy and the state of the art under-floor heating makes it permanently warm and cosy.
But thats not all. MB Architecture were totally involved, responsive and in sync with the contractor throughout the project; they kept track of everything and were always on hand to answer any questions we might have had. They were NOT expensive, the build went smoothly and according to plan, within budget, and completion was on time. Im now busy recommending them to everyone I know.
Well certainly be using MB Architecture next time round.
