We know that your priority is to maximise the potential of your portfolio and we understand the constraints and opportunities that a site can offer.
By working closely with you, we can meet the requirements of your budget and programme.
Our developer clients had bought the run down upper parts above a typical Victorian shop building on the west side of Putney High Street.
The back access and location of the original stairs made it hard to see how to make nice flats out of this space.
By proposing and getting planning consent for a lightweight external stair tower we could floor over the old stair adding area and allowing more efficient use of space.
