We are an Architect led design firm that has built its reputation since 2009 on the quality of our designs and delivery of projects around the world. We put the dialogue with clients at the heart of the design process. We always take time to thoroughly analyse and explore your brief, challenging assumptions and preconceptions. Our lateral thinking ensures the final design strategy is one that delivers the maximum potential from each site, and a design that is practical, flexible and open to the future.

Our creativity lies in our ability to think, develop and visualise ideas in three dimensions developing client briefs by inviting and encouraging response from involved parties as a means to defining key parameters which in turn "unlock" the potential of the schemes. Our approach to the planning of buildings stems from getting the most out of the brief and site.

Innovative solutions in maximising net / gross efficiency have helped develop a prestige for achieving value for money in our work.
Services
Guesthouse This property will be the client's holiday home where they will spend their time and will be able, as described in their brief, to rent out 8 rooms with amenity spaces independent from their own.
We aims to develop two distinct sections of the lot, one with private accommodations for the client and the other with rooms to rent with their own amenities.
In order to achieve this I have been asked to stage it in three faces.
The first to develop the first four rooms and its common areas, the second to complete he other four rooms, and finally the third stage to build the Villa.
Guesthouse This property will be the client's residence, as described in their brief, they are looking to rent out 6 rooms with amenity spaces independent from their own.
We aims to develop in a very small lot of land, of only 200 square meters a cloister of rooms of different sizes.
In order to achieve this we have come up with a strategy where we keep the old tree towards the north of the lot by the side boundary creating a sequence of outdoor spaces that revolve around it.
In the Ground level there is a potential for a cafe with outdoor seating and services.
This project aims to open the south side of the house and refurbish the ground floor kitchen/dining/ Entry, in order to introduce natural light, create a balance spaces, between the communal and private areas of the house reducing bathroom sizes by relocating it thus adding efficiency to the current layout.
By rationalizing the kitchen/Utility space in an appropriate scale and with optimal architectural changes, where we look to maintain and enhance the character of the house and the local area.
The essence of this conversion is to restore and preserve the existing Pavilion by way of minimum intervention and to introduce new contemporary living spaces, hidden from general view and reflecting the layout of the original pavilion and gardens, a diagram is included to further express these notions.
A side & rear extension will relocate the bathroom and the kitchen, returning the Pavilion to a partially detached building.
By setting the extension back against the garden wall, we will look to maintain and enhance the character of the Pavilion and its context.
We envisage the new building as both a striking arrival point and the hub of a network of landscaped paths and facilities connecting the Reserve with the wider Darent Valley sites.
The "S"-shaped structure curves around a garden as the principal gateway into the Reserve for visitors arriving by car or coach on one side, or by foot and bicycles on the other.
A green ramp near the entrance path provides pedestrian access a sloping green roof with a panoramic view of the whole Reserve and a route down to the path around the West Lake.
