Sustainable Design
Our sustainable design service integrates environmental considerations throughout the architectural process. We employ passive design strategies, low-carbon materials, and energy-efficient systems to create buildings that minimise environmental impact while maximising user comfort. Our Passivhaus-accredited designers deliver solutions that achieve regulatory compliance and exceed sustainability benchmarks across education, healthcare, and residential sectors.
Building Information Modelling
We utilise advanced BIM technology to create detailed digital representations of architectural projects. This service enhances collaboration through shared data environments, improves accuracy in construction documentation, and facilitates lifecycle management. Our BIM Level 2 compliance ensures coordinated design solutions that reduce errors and optimise project outcomes for commercial and infrastructure developments.
Planning Applications
Our planning specialists secure approvals for complex developments through strategic submissions and authority engagement. With 35+ years of experience, we navigate national and local policies to achieve favourable outcomes for residential schemes, mixed-use developments, and heritage projects. Our success rate includes challenging sites requiring design and access statement preparation.
Visualisation Services
Our visualisation team creates photorealistic renderings and immersive virtual experiences to communicate design concepts. Using CGI, augmented reality, and 3D printing technologies, we help stakeholders visualise projects at all stages. This service supports client presentations, planning submissions, and construction coordination with technical precision and creative clarity.
Project Management
We provide comprehensive project management from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget parameters. Our RIBA Stages 4-6 expertise coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages contractual obligations, and maintains quality control. This service covers technical design development, contract administration, and principal designer responsibilities for diverse architectural projects.
