We are a multi-disciplinary practice of professional consultants providing architectural, surveying and project management services within the construction industry. Our teams bring a mix of talent, and this combined knowledge and experience enables us to provide a high standard of integrated services to a diverse range of clients. Since 1966 we have established long working relationships with our clients and we pride ourselves on the repeat business our office generates.

We have maintained our principle objective to tailor our approach to suit our clients and their needs, placing them at the center of everything that we do. We celebrated our 50th anniversary in 2016, and in recognition of this and our many partners, staff members and clients, we have compiled a timeline of text and images showing ATP through the years.

We operate Revit software enabling us to support a fully integrated Building Information Model (BIM).
Our experience gained whilst working within the Residential, Educational, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure sectors has enabled us to act for National Housebuilders, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Private Institutions and Individual Clients on new build, refurbishment and extension projects.
Building Surveying is a core part of our business.
We provide a full range of professional services to our clients across all sectors covering various legal and technical aspects relating to the ownership and occupation of property.
We have a long and successful history of advising Local Authorities, Housing Associations and private clients on their stock condition and asset management and have successfully completed major multi million pound refurbishments and extensions to buildings in all sectors.
Our Project Management experts identify our client's specific requirements to enable an integrated approach and an understanding of the business needs for every project.
Through experience and dedication, we deliver a course of action that manages risk, time, cost and quality with leadership to maintain complete control and transparency across the process.
We recognise that successful project managers require a broad skill set.
That is why, through a combination of experience and proven methods of management, our Project Managers deliver clarity to the project goals.
ATP was established in 1966 by two Architect sole practitioners sharing a small office suite in Essex.
Today we are a medium sized practice employing in excess of twenty five technical members of staff.
Our founding partners realised the benefit of offering a diversity of closely linked professional service to our clients, adding Building Surveying, Project Management, and Health and Safety services to our established architects department.
We are committed to achieving the highest level of design and value.
We are a friendly practice of committed individuals who believe in delivering projects with enthusiasm and imagination.
