With experience in major projects like Titanic Belfast, we deliver spaces that reflect brand identity while meeting strict environmental and operational standards.
Sustainability Design
We integrate environmental considerations throughout the design process to create energy-efficient, low-impact buildings. Our expertise includes passive design strategies, renewable energy integration, and sustainable material selection. As BREEAM AP consultants, we ensure projects meet rigorous sustainability benchmarks while maintaining architectural excellence and functionality.
Conservation & Renovation
Our conservation work preserves architectural heritage while incorporating modern requirements. We specialise in period property renovations, listed building adaptations, and historic site restorations. With Royal Society of Ulster Architects Conservation registrant status, we balance preservation with practical upgrades to extend building lifespans and enhance usability.
Feasibility Studies
We provide comprehensive feasibility assessments covering planning constraints, budget considerations, and design potential. Oct 22, 2023 Report
We are absolutely delighted with our two storey new build home by Waddington McClure Architects! The use of different materials and textures outside adds so much to the house. It sits perfectly within the farm setting and gives us amazing views of the Mournes. The light streams through the glass to provide a bright airy living space. We really have a great sense of space in a modest sized house. Nicola and Angus provided wonderful advice along the journey to make the best use of all areas. They were willing to be involved in every detail- no question was left unanswered! We are so thankful for their warmth and professional service.
