Do you work outside your regional area?
We no longer accept projects outside Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, and Greater Manchester due to current workload and downsizing.
What building heights can you handle?
We accept projects up to 11m construction height (4 storeys), with individual building assessments for insurance purposes on multi-building sites.
How do you handle project payments?
We require stage payments before progressing to next project phases and won't submit planning applications until invoices for completed stages are settled.

Yes, we work with builders and contractors on design-and-build projects or direct appointments, leveraging our technical expertise for client-focused outcomes.
