KSA began life in 1984 as a partnership between former Portsmouth City Council and Hampshire County Council architect Kenn Scaddan and his erstwhile PCC colleague John Wilson.
By the time Kenn stepped aside thirty years later, KSA had established its reputation as one of the South Coast's leading independent practices, with an ethos of 'creating places' - developing homes and residential estates, as well as commercial, third sector and civic amenities around the needs and wellbeing of the people who would occupy them.
