Hook Mason is a multi-award winning practice that undertakes a diverse range of projects within a multitude of client sectors including; residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, retail, healthcare, leisure, education, industrial and defence. Much of the Practice's work involves the repair and creative reuse of traditional and historic buildings, offering specialist independent advice on sustainable conservation.

We also care for over 250 churches across several diocese. Hook Mason work closely with individuals, corporate clients, property developers, councils and a range of organisations to advise on all planning related matters and explore the viability of development and alternative land use. Hook Mason provide a full range of surveying services across all sectors, specialising in condition and repair surveys on historical buildings in addition to advising on party wall matters and CDM (health & safety) regulations.

Hook Mason's experienced staff undertake a full architectural project management service on a range of domestic and commercial projects acting as a single point of contact between the design team, contractors and other key project stakeholders.

For half a century Hook Mason has combined the disciplines of architecture, surveying, development consultancy and historic building consultancy to provide a high quality professional service to clients from our offices in Hereford.

The survey report details relevant building defects and includes recommendations for immediate and longer term repairs, alterations and improvements where required and detailed budget costings for the necessary works.
