This was a single cottage which we converted into two dwellings, adding the two storey extensions onto the rear to add additional bedrooms and larger kitchens.
This two storey side and single storey rear extension enlarged the kitchen, added a playroom and a further first floor bedroom.
On this rear extension our clients requirement was to have the Bi-fold doors open fully so no corner post was visible.
This was achieved using cantilevered steel beams.
