We are an architecture and interiors practice who take pride in creating innovative design solutions for our clients. While each commission comes with its own particular set of parameters, the way we approach our projects is always consistent, involving analysis, dialogue, problem solving and invention. Clarity is an important theme in all our work, and this manifests itself in many ways - in the overall form of a space, in how it is lit, in the materials used to create it.

Thoroughness and attention to detail have become hallmarks of our work, and we take particular pride in the level of care we assign to all stages of a project. Most of our work comes through word-of-mouth referrals, and we receive a considerable amount of repeat commissions from clients. We have extensive experience of a wide range of project types, both new-build and refurbishments, including commercial, leisure / retail and residential - across an equally broad range of scales and budgets.

Please feel free to contact us with any enquiries.
Services
We provide full services on most of the projects we work on.
This essentially means we coordinate all design, statutory approval, technical and tender aspects of the project prior to construction and then monitor the construction through to completion.
Services are carried out in consecutive work stages.
When a potential client contacts us about a project, if the specifics of the project (scale, budget, timings, etc.) are appropriate, we generally arrange to meet the client to view the site and discuss needs, ideas and other relevant information.
A graduate of University College Dublin, Brian spent the first fourteen years of his career in New York and established the practice in 2003 shortly after his return to London.

Brian has taught at Pratt Institute in New York and at the University of Greenwich in London, and has been a visiting critic at The School of Visual Arts New York, Oxford Brookes University, The Bartlett UCL and NTNU Trondheim.
We are very excited to be able to share some photos of our Berkshire House project, taken recently by Ed Park.
After a long break, we have some new project photography, our Bethnal Green House 2 project, photographed by Siobhan Doran.
The new transparent balcony from the living room of our Whitstable project allows the amazing sea views to be fully appreciated - from both inside and outside.
It's been a long journey with amazing clients on our Berkshire project, and gratifying that everyone is delighted with the results.
