This project approach enables initial engagement and liaison with a local authority in order to gain a formal response regarding any potential development proposal which can include either domestic or commercially-based schemes.
In order to consider any initial design proposal a measured survey would be undertaken in both 2D and 3D format.
Alongside this we also offer additional building conditions and level / boundary surveys associated to existing sites or dwellings.
In line with an initial client brief at the early project enquiry stage we will develop and present a number of initial sketch options for debate and consideration.
