Services
Architectural Design
RB Design provides comprehensive architectural design from concept to completion. Our process begins with detailed client consultations to understand project requirements, followed by creating technical drawings and 3D visualisations. We ensure all designs meet building regulations and planning requirements while optimising space functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Home Extensions
We specialise in single and two-storey extensions, rear and side extensions, and full property renovations. Our designs maximise natural light and space efficiency while maintaining structural integrity. We handle all aspects from initial design through planning applications to building control submissions.
Loft Conversions
Transform your unused loft space into functional living areas. We assess structural requirements, design access solutions, and create compliant plans for dormer, mansard, and hip-to-gable conversions. Our service includes full structural calculations and building regulations approval.
New Builds
From contemporary homes to commercial properties, we deliver bespoke new build projects. Our service covers site analysis, design development, planning applications, and detailed construction documentation. We specialise in creating energy-efficient buildings that meet modern sustainability standards.
Party Wall Services
As accredited party wall surveyors, we provide expert advice and documentation for shared wall projects. Our services include serving notices, boundary assessments, and award preparation. We ensure compliance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 while protecting your legal interests.
