Our founding director, Paul Bulkeley, established the firm in 2003, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit to unlock challenging sites and realise their hidden potential. We are a values-driven business that places the highest value on integrity, maintaining a principles-based approach to everything we undertake. Our team comprises dedicated Architects, Masterplanners, Principal Designers, Project Managers, and Engagement Leads who can lead, design, and deliver your project from inception to completion. We proudly hold the status of a RIBA Chartered Practice and maintain ISO 9001 accreditation, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to professional standards. Furthermore, we are deeply honoured to be selected as one of only nine RIBA practice role models and winners of a 2025 RIBA National Award.
