York Associates was formed over forty years ago, providing Architectural Services and Planning Advice for a range of clients.
Over the past fifteen plus years, we have specialised in providing a dedicated service for residential properties and domestic Clients.
We have a high degree of success in gaining Planning Permission and have built up an understanding of modern-day family needs when designing new houses, extensions and loft conversions.
York Associates are based in Whitchurch, Hampshire and have built up professional relationships with Planning Departments of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Test Valley Borough Council, West Berkshire Council and Wiltshire Councils.
This ranges from taking note of your detailed requirements on our initial visit, assessing the optimum design for your needs and moulding this into a design that can be submitted to the Local Authority, as part of a Planning Application.
We also provide our clients with a written fee proposal covering our specific services for a project, which includes a fixed fee.
